Our meats are sourced from small, local family farms; mostly in Michigan. Beef is pastured, grass fed; breeds include Angus, Piedmontese, Highland, and Wagyu. Other meats include pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, bison, elk and venison. Also, Great Lakes fish; trout, walleye, whitefish, perch. Our EGGS are pastured, free range, non-GMO, and soy free. We welcome special orders such as unique cuts of meat, or large quantities.
We carry many types of bones for bone broth, as well as a full line of organ meats including heart, liver, tongue, kidney from various animals.
