Our meats are sourced from small, local family farms; mostly in Michigan. Beef is pastured, grass fed; Other meats include pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, rabbit, duck, wild boar, bison, elk and venison. Also, Great Lakes fish; trout, walleye, whitefish, perch; and Alaskan wild caught salmon. Our chicken and duck EGGS are pastured, free range, non-GMO, and available soy free. We welcome special orders such as unique cuts of meat, or large quantities.
